Vinyl reissue of the Animals’ third album pressed on 180 gram red vinyl

Animalisms was the third studio album and stands as landmark album that epitomizes The Animals’ raw, electric energy during a transformative period in music history. As one of the defining records of British R&B, it encapsulates the band’s powerful essence just before the original lineup disbanded. Eric Burdon’s formidable vocal prowess combined with the band’s strong blues and soul influences showcases their departure from the more commercial sound of contemporaneous British pop bands.
The album is a gritty collection of both popular blues standards and lesser-known tracks, demonstrating The Animals’ unique blend of R&B and blues-infused rock.
