36 Crazyfists formed in 1994 in Nikiski, Alaska, and released their second studio album A Snow Capped Romance in 2004 on Roadrunner Records. The songs At the End of August and Bloodwork were released as singles, the latter of which was featured in the 2004 film Resident Evil: Apocalypse. The album was produced by James Paul Wisner and is considered by the community as a metalcore classic.
