The record reached #1 on the U.S. Billboard album chart, holding the top spot for five weeks. It generated two major singles: \”A Horse with No Name\”, which spent three weeks at #1 on the Billboard Hot 100, and \”I Need You\”, which peaked at #9. Other songs, including \”Sandman\” and \”Three Roses\”, also gained airplay on FM radio. The album was later certified Platinum by the RIAA.
