The Honeydrippers Volume One is a 1984 blues and rhythm & blues album by The Honeydrippers, a side project featuring Led Zeppelin’s Robert Plant alongside Jeff Beck, Jimmy Page, and Nile Rodgers. The album showcases Plant’s interpretation of classic R&B and doo-wop standards from the 1950s and early 1960s. Notable tracks include their cover of Phil Phillips’ “Sea of Love” and The Drifters’ “I Get a Thrill,” both of which received significant radio play and helped introduce Plant’s blues sensibilities to a mainstream audience.
